The multisaw TITAN Horizontal Log Breakdown is a simple, heavy duty machine designed to break down large diameter logs into boards. The machine is equipped with two loading bays, so that one bay can be loaded while the other is being used for sawing. The HLB is designed to give decades of service under harsh conditions, while keeping maintenance simple and intuitive.

Cutting Pattern
The TITAN Horizontal Log Breakdown performs the primary breakdown of large diameter logs.
This machine can make through and through cuts resulting in a fully processed large log without the need to handle any material.
Once cutting is complete, each board is simply unpacked and removed from the cutting area. While one loading bay is being loaded or unloaded, the machine continues to cut over the second loading bay.
Highly tensioned wide band blades allow for fast cutting without variation or waviness.
